The waiting room smelled like weed, and there was little to no information communicated about the requirements for new patients (e.g., did not send any links to online paperwork, did not remind patient to bring X-rays if done within the last three years, etc). This would be helpful to save time! Because of these delays, I needed to schedule a second appointment for a standard cleaning.

I accompanied my mother to her appointment on the morning of August 5th, and I witnessed something that was very disappointing. Around 11:35 a.m., a Spanish-speaking gentleman who was also waiting for his appointment was having difficulty communicating with the receptionist and understanding his new patient paperwork. He asked the waiting room if anyone spoke Spanish because he couldn’t understand what he was being told. My mother and I both speak Spanish, so we offered to help translate and assist him with his forms. The office did provide him with a Spanish version of the paperwork, but he was still struggling to read the fine print and needed help completing it. The receptionist told him that no one in the office spoke Spanish and that his paperwork had to be completed before his 12:00 p.m. appointment or he would have to reschedule. We gladly helped him complete the forms. When the receptionist explained that he would also need someone to translate during his appointment, I offered to accompany him. The gentleman clearly stated that he wanted me to translate for him and gave his permission. However, the receptionist refused, stating it would be a HIPAA violation. I did not unde

This is worst medical experience I’ve experienced ever don’t visit this location so pathetic. My story: on July 13 I’ve called them to schedule an appointment. They booked appointment on July 14 at 11 am but unfortunately I messaged them I’ll be 10 minutes late. There are three staff but none of them are responseful sitting there ideal and being rude to customers. I don’t know what exp they have there to just sit there and can’t hold appointment for 15 minutes and for form filling we have to come 15 minutes earlier to appointment. So pathetic that it’s a dental emergency they told me to come after 10 days. So for delaying 15 minutes, I’ve to wait 10 more to get an appointment. I’ll definitely skip this dental office at cherry hill. If anyone seeing this kindly find any alternative as these people are helpless. Skkippp “cherry hill family dental”

Please don’t Easter your time on this place! First off the only “person” you can talk to is their AI you can not get a real person! I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for a root canal even called them on the 17th to confirm could t get a live person left a message for someone to call me back they never did. Fast forward to today I take off work walk in only to be asked why was I here the AI didn’t put it on the appointment (well if they didn’t put it on the appointment shouldn’t someone have called prior to see the reason for my appointment. So fast forward I get to my appointment and all of sudden they don’t have an endodontist like what??? I’ve been in pain for 3 weeks I could have easily found somewhere else but I’ve been waiting on this appointment thinking I was good to go!

Doesn't call u back but did call me the day before my appointment, after months of waiting, to tell me they don't have a spot for me to get my root canal done. If there was a negative star, they would get 5 from me. Never stepped foot in the office but it's the worst professional service (if u can call it that) I've ever had.
